You cannot achieve the full benefits unless you complete the series. Each session is about an hour including one attunement and explanations. They can be done remotely or in person. Due to pandemic, groups can be done through zoom . I have been attuning internationally while stationed in New York. It is just as effective.

The next 3 levels is for you to receive and absorb the peaceful, warm energy of the golden Sun. The Gold reiki energy will bring inner calmness to quieten anxiety and stress factors.

The last 3 levels will attune you to higher vibrations that you can tap into and apply to various areas of your life that causes stress or imbalance.
